September 10th 2023

365 days to go until my slot will start for my second attempt to swim the English Channel in 2024.

When the wind and waves are on my side, I’ll hopefully get the go from my pilot to swim to France.

The slot for swimming the Channel is on 10th to 15th September 2024, and when the weather gods are with me, I’ll get the opportunity to start my swim from Samphire Hoe in Dover to Cap Gris Nez in France.

Every journey starts with a small step and that’s what I want to share with you here: steps, updates and insights about my journey to go for the dream of swimming from England to France.
